h	hy vm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーシューワンタン麺大盛とメンマ永福町本店は月に2回は行きますがここは27年振りに訪れました大勝軒特有の出汁の味はあまりせず塩がきついですメンマも固くて塩っぱい永福町大勝軒のラーメンはラーメンのジャンルを超えた1つの大勝軒中華そばという料理だと自分は思っています通常のラーメンの麺より柔らかく口に入れると柔らかくて暖かいホワッとした細長い物が出汁の香りと味とともに口に入ってくるここのラーメンをオーソドックスなラーメンと思って食べてはいけないのです！この出汁の為にある柔らかい麺であり、この柔らかい麺の為にある出汁なのです。まさに大勝軒中華そばという1つの別料理です！保谷店にも年に5回は行きますがどこに行っても期待に近い大勝軒中華そばが食べられます。本店は値段が高いのでコスト的に考えれば当たり前ですが私は永福町本店の中華そばがやはり完璧な大勝軒中華そばだと思います！がここも保谷店も永福のメニューにはないワンタン麺が楽しめるのでたまには他の店を食べ歩くのもいいと思います Char siu wonton noodles large serving and menma I go to the Eifukucho main store twice a month I visited here for the first time in 27 years The taste of the soup stock peculiar to Daishoken is not so much and the salt is strong. 福	福田人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 狭山ヶ丘から散歩の途中に、偶然発見。ラーメンには詳しくありませんが、あの大勝軒系列のお店かな？お年寄りのご夫婦が切り盛りしていました。中華そばとワンタンのみのお店。もちろんワンタン麺、チャーシュー麺もあります。初めてなので、全部入りのチャーシューワンタン麺大盛りでいただきました。細麺の縮れ麺で、ほんと昔ながらのしょうゆラーメンって感じ。4,50年前のラーメン屋さんの味でした。ちょっと価格は高いかと思いますが、今時のラーメンからすればこんなものかと．．．。私的には、とても懐かしい塩っからいスープで、美味しかったです。願わくば、すこしでも長く続くことを願っています。また、行きます。ごちそうさまでした。 I found it by chance while taking a walk from Sayamagaoka. H	H S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 永福町の大勝軒からの暖簾分店。つけ麺の大勝軒とは違う中華そばの方。店内にはご夫婦でしょうか、年配の大将と女将さんが二人で切り盛りしています。カウンターに着席して、ワンタン麺830円を注文。着丼までは多少時間が掛かります。出汁の取り方は概ね同じ様な昔ながらな味わいです。若干味が濃いめなのかな…とは思う。麺は永福町と同じ出汁が染みた様な柔らか目の麺で期待通り。不定期に店休がある様なので、来店前には確認が必要かも… 永福町まで行くには距離が有る為、ここで充分満足出来るかな…という感じ。 Noren branch store from Taishoken in Eifukucho.
