Sawada is a short distance from the Ohara bus terminal, located at the entrance of the slope toward Sanzenin.
This restaurant was founded and built right here 60 years ago.
The natural surroundings and the landscape of a perfect four seasons have attracted more and more people over the years.
The beauty of the autumn leaves, the spring maple refreshing and beautiful are famous as well as the moss covered landscape of Jissoin Iwakura Ohara has numerous temples and highlight sights such as Sanzenin, Jakkoin, Hosenin etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三千院での参拝と紅葉狩りを終えて、駐車場?️に戻る途中に２階の喫茶店に寄らせてもらいました。三千院への往きに喫茶店を見かけて、帰りに寄ろうね✨と決めていました。
朝からだいぶ歩きましたので疲れを癒すのに雰囲気の良いウッディな内装とテーブルでした。
コーヒーセットを注文しました、ゆっくりしたかったのですが、定期観光バス?の出発の時間が近づいていたので、お店を後にしました。本当はゆっくりしたかったです(笑)
 After worshiping at Sanzen-in Temple and hunting for autumn leaves, I stopped by a coffee shop on the second floor on the way back to the parking lot ?️. I saw a coffee shop on the way to Sanzen-in and decided to stop by on my way home.
I walked a lot from the morning, so it was a woody interior and a table with a nice atmosphere to heal my tiredness.
I ordered a coffee set, I wanted to relax, but I left the shop because the departure time of the regular sightseeing bus ? was approaching. I really wanted to relax (laughs)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, cozy place with polite staff. Plays classical piano music in the background (Chopin's Polanaises?) Seems like the only place which sells coffee near the temple. Cafe latte is literally hot coffee with milk :) No complaints, since that's all I need in the morning.
