大手の大規模な設備ではなく地元に根ざした酒蔵です。日本酒とウィスキーの醸造を見ることが出来ますがそれぞれ時期によって見ることのできる工程が違います。今回の見学では社長さん自らの案内で色々とお話を伺うことができて楽しかったです。テイスティングで一番気に入ったウィスキーが完売していたので次回日本酒の仕込みの辺りで伺うことが出来たら是非購入したいと思っています。購入した日本酒の古酒もシングルモルトもちびちび楽しみます。

It is not a large-scale large-scale facility but a sake store rooted in the local area. You can see the brewing of sake and whiskey, but the process you can see varies depending on the time of year. In this visit, I was able to listen to a variety of stories in the guidance of the president himself and it was fun. As the most favorite whiskey in tasting was sold out, I would like to purchase it if I can get around next time preparing sake. The old sake of purchased sake is also enjoyed with single malt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全体に昔ながらの施設を大事に使って、酒造りの伝統を感じさせます。。ウイスキーに焼酎にメインの日本酒を試飲販売していますが、場所が初めての人には分かりずらいので、少し説明しておきますと、県道355号を郡山中心から来ると笹の側酒造の看板が中通に立っています（反対からは見えづらい）そのまま中に進むと、真っすぐ先に酒蔵の看板が見えます。駐車場は門を入って直ぐの空き地です。一番手前の棟が事務所と売店で、事務所入り口奥にこじんまりとshopと書いてある入り口があり、通常職員さんは居ませんので壁にある呼び出しを押しますが、何度か押して来ない？時には事務所に声掛けが必要です。。
今回は県内限定の「ふ」とブレンデットウイスキー「安積野」を購入。。「ふ」はいろいろ試飲しましたが、最高のバランスの良さでした。ウイスキーは地ウイスキーメーカーも使う輸入モルトで、おとなしめの印象・・グレーンに特徴がないと個性的な香味になりませんね。。高いタイプは有料試飲ですので、あっさり遠慮して付き合い安い安積野で満足・・少しやんちゃな若者です。。
