★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Machines are kind of old but they definitely do the job, super cheap (400 yens for a day, cause you can re-enter for free) but you have to live or work in Shibuya-ku. There are showers but you need your own soap and towel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is cheap and expansive - 400 yen. The machines are relics and the showers don't have soap. Other than that if it's a casual workout you're after then it's an alright choice. Not for serious gym-goers.

Usually not so busy. The equipment is not brand new but not really old either. Everything is well maintained and clean.
The staff are well trained and very friendly.
Hot showers and coin lockers. No complaints at all. My preferred gym.
