麺は細く良い感じの蕎麦でした。
鴨そばにしましたが
始めて蕎麦つゆと鴨としめじとネギの
入った具が別にあり、少し迷いながら
頂きました。
あと、春なので
朝採り筍のさしみを頂きました。
えぐ味もなくとても美味しかったです。

肉南蛮をいただきました
蕎麦屋さんだけど
鍋焼うどんなどうどんも食べれるようで
一歳前後の小さなお子さんを連れてでも来店されてました
冷たいお蕎麦も暖かいお蕎麦も種類が豊富にありました
蕎麦屋さんなので回転が速いです
少し高級な雰囲気なのでビジネスマン１０名ほどので来てました

店員さんももう少し気遣いがあればと思う。ロボットで配膳しているが、違和感があります。

ごまが香る揚げたて天ぷらと、更科らしいお蕎麦。とても美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
We had a large serving of kakiage heavenly steamer.
