ランチの冷たい蕎麦を頼んだ。
蕎麦は文句なしの状態になってて、汁の方も前回無かった甘みが残り、やっと普通に最後まで美味しかった。
ついてくる天丼の天ぷらは、ちゃんとした天ぷらになってた。
加減がとても良くなってて、ご飯にかかってる汁の方も、程よく甘みがあり良くなってた。
甘味は旨味でもあるから、かなり良くなったと思う。
ついてきた薬味の、ワサビのキが抜けてた。
薬味としてはちょっと…
チューブのワサビの方がまだマシだと思った。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ルチンが多く含まれているという、発芽蕎麦。みずみずしいお蕎麦で、お蕎麦自体もとっても美味しかったです。
ランチセットがミニ天丼が付いて900円で量も多すぎず、ちょうどよかったです。男性だと大盛りがおすすめかもしれません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらには初めて伺いました。この辺りは飲食店が少ないですね。手打ちそばの幟が目についたので入りました。発芽そばが売りのようで、盛りそばとミニ天丼のランチ900円を注文しました。平打ちのそばは腰が今一つでした。つけ汁も私には薄すぎて味気ない感じです。天丼のほうは揚げたてのようでしたし、タレも濃いめの味付けで美味しかったです。私は日頃は薄味を好んで食べるほうですが、こちらのそばのつけ汁はもう少し濃いめにしていただけると美味しく感じると思いました。
This is my first visit. There are few restaurants around here. I entered a handmade soba noodle because I saw it. Sprout soba seems to be sold, and I ordered a soba noodle and a mini tengu lunch of 900 yen. The side of the flat soba was the only waist. The soup is too thin for me. The tempura was freshly fried and the sauce was delicious with a deep seasoning. I prefer to eat lightly on a daily basis, but I thought it would be delicious if the soba soup was a little thicker.

平打ち麺の蕎麦も独特で天丼含め味も良かった。
人気のようで次々に客が来店していました。
