First three bites are heaven while the last three are hell.
Recommend double chocolate cake (safe choice).
Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely small cozy cafe. The main place in North area (which renovated Sento) is also cool, but this place is more convenient as it is located near the downtown. My favourite is the lunch - it’s not too expensive (available at 900JPY or so) yet it’s tasty and filling. The drinks and sweets are also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a renovated Machiya Cafe. There is a dropped glass private room on the left side of the building. Suggest you reserve that room if you have a group. I found out when I saw a family going into it and have the whole place to themselves. So lovely.
Food wise, it is tasty and reasonably priced. Coffee is good. Popular with the locals, many came here for lunch.
