魚の和定食が美味しい店。本日はブリ照焼き定食(950円)を食べた。ブリは程よい脂に濃い味付けでご飯がよくすすむ。箸休めにはお新香。さっぱりとした酸味がありがたい。〆の味噌汁も安心の味。具はなめこにも変更できる。 看板は銀ムツの照り焼き。脂が多く旨味が強い。初めて行く人はぜひまずはこっちを。夜はヌタもおすすめ

ランチで訪問しました。銀むつの定食が一番人気の様子。とても美味しいタレにふっくらとした銀むつ。豆腐とワカメの味噌汁。満足感が高い定食でした。

入店の瞬間、「お飲み物は?」と聞かれ、何がありますかと聞くとビールでいいですかと言われ、じゃあ「生」で。と言ったら、瓶ビールでいいですよねと言われました。料理のオーダーも店員さんが五月蝿くて、落ち着いて飲めませんでした。 また、21時閉店と聞いたのですが、20時半になるとお客が居ても店内の掃除を始め、さらに「飲みきれなかったお酒は持って帰っていい。」と、さも早く帰れと言わんばかりの扱われでした。 このお店、以前から気になっていたのですが、もう行くことはないと思います。

2022.3.23. 13時前。午後休で会社帰りに単身初入店。入口に最も近いカウンターの一番端に着席。ぶり照りと迷ったけれど、先人たちのコメントに倣って銀むつ定食を注文。 お客さんが入れ替わり立ち替わりやってきて大賑わいの様相。先客も皆無闇に長居はせず、食べ終えたらサッサと席を空けていくし、給仕のおかみさんとお兄さんと厨房の親父さんの気合の入ったやり取りも、さながら祭か酉の市のよう。それら店員の活気溢れる姿と客の阿吽の呼吸が小気味良い。 さて肝心の銀むつですがとにかく柔らかい。豆腐か卵焼きのように難なく皮ごと箸が通る。それに一本も骨が出ない。詳しくないんですが銀むつってそういうものなんでしょうか? 魚の美味しさが解るようになってきたのは30半ばを過ぎたほんのここ数年ながら、こちらの銀むつは皮ごといけるので、魚をきれいに食べられない私でも気後れせず完食できました。大げさでなく飲み物のように平らげられます。 賛否両論見られる味付けですが、幸運なことに私は大好きな味でした。甘過ぎず絶妙な醤油味。我が家でも再現できたらなぁ… 白飯大好き元新潟人ですが、こちらの白ごはんたしかに美味しいです。八丁味噌ベースと思しきお味噌汁も、大きなお豆腐がたっぷり入っていて、どの要素をとっても満足度の高い内容だと思います。この内容でこのお値段は破格では? 今度また魚介好きな会社の後輩を誘ってリピートすることにします。次はぶり照にするか、再び銀むつにするか、悩ましいところ。 土曜の営業もしているようなので、夫と二人で夕方から銀むつをアテにして瓶ビールの晩酌へも近いうちに行きたいと思います。 唯一惜しむらくは、どうやら日本酒が白鶴一択らしいこと。こんなに美味しい魚料理、もう少し美味しい日本酒と一緒に食べられたなら…、文句無く最高なのになあ。

飯田橋にある最終割烹、「三州屋」 ランチで伺いました。 路地裏にある、歴史感じるこじんまりとしたお店。 ちょっと窮屈なくらいの、狭めのカウンター席に座りました。 小上がりとテーブル席もあります。 壁に貼られたランチメニューから、 銀鮭塩焼定食950円を頼みました。 すぐに漬け物とお茶が提供され、定食はしばらく待ちます。 銀鮭はかなり大きなサイズ。 都内で1000円以下で、なかなかこのサイズは無いのではないでしょうか? 焼具合もとても良いです。 身はふっくらし、脂ののりも良い具合。 満足度の高い魚焼が食べられました。 ご飯は13:00過ぎの訪問のため、少し固くなっているところもありましたが、それほど気にならないレベルでした。 味噌汁は、大きくカットされた豆腐とワカメが浮かぶ、濃いめの味付け。 ご飯と味噌汁、漬け物に焼魚。 こういうお昼ごはんは理想的。 おばちゃんたちの接客にも味がある。 久しぶりに来ましたが、こういうご飯を食べに、やっぱりちょくちょく来たいと思います。

The scores of customers filling this small shop tell you that having a dinner here would be a reasonable choice. The Sashimi we took was ultimately fresh and tasted great. However, none of the others can defeat this very very local shop in the taste of Nizakana, simmered fish, which wowed me. Fantastic. Must try.
