★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦はまったくコシがなく、締めも甘く生ぬるい麺でした。
水切りも甘く丼の下部にとても水が溜まっていました。
出汁に卵黄を混ぜるお店はありますが、コチラはそのまま麺の上に乗せてありました。
店内薄暗くレトロな雰囲気です。
お店は２階にございますので足の悪い方はご注意を。
The buckwheat noodles were not stiff at all, and the tightening was sweet and raw.
The drainer was sweet and water was very much collected at the bottom of the bowl.
There is a shop that mixes egg yolk with soup stock, but here is the noodles on top.
The shop is dim and retro.
The shop is on the 2nd floor, so be careful if you have a bad foot.
