麺は太めでツルツルのやや硬め、福井らしい感じですが蕎麦の香りや風味はあまりしませんでした。天ぷらは種類も多く食べ応えがあります。しかし、人気の天おろしそばは、天ぷらもおろし出汁も最初から入っているため、出汁を吸って分厚い衣がふやけてきてサクサク感がなくなってしまいます。出汁を自分でかけるか、天ぷらが別盛りになっていると嬉しいなと思いました。
名物のとりそばは柚子が入って美味しい出汁でしたがやや塩辛かったです。
うどんは稲庭風の麺でした。

I thought it would be nice if I sprinkled the soup stock myself or the tempura was served separately.
The famous tori soba was a delicious soup stock with yuzu, but it was a little salty.
Udon was Inaniwa-style noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 武生商工会議所隣、奥にあるそば屋さんです。暖かいとりそばが有名で名物です。値段はそれなりにしますが、とりそばは他店にないメニューなので食べてみる価値はあるでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日のお昼どきに相方と二人で訪問。武生商工会議所隣、8号線から一本東に入ったところにあります。お店を入ってすぐに窓際の小上がりに座ることができました。座ってまもなく次から次とお客さんが入ってきたので、すぐに座れたのはタイミングがよかったのかもしれません。席につくと梅昆布茶が出されます。梅昆布茶は好みなので嬉しかったのですが、ちょっと水が消毒くさい気がしました。ここでちょっと不安に。私は冷たい天ぷらおろしそば、相方は温かいきのこそばをオーダーしました。程なく運ばれてきたそばは、出汁がそんなに甘くないのが特徴ですね。福井の蕎麦は比較的出汁が甘い傾向があるので、意外でした。甘みが少ないからか少々塩味が目立ちます。でも嫌いではでないですね。天ぷらおろしそばは、蕎麦は少なめですが、天ぷらはしっかり量もありました。お蕎麦自体は美味しくいただけました。ごちそうさまでした。

I was happy because I like plum kelp tea, but I felt that the water was a little disinfectant. I'm a little worried here. I ordered cold tempura grated soba and my partner ordered warm mushrooms. The soba that was brought in soon is characterized by the fact that the soup stock is not so sweet. I was surprised that Fukui soba tends to have a relatively sweet soup stock. The saltiness is a little noticeable probably because it has less sweetness. But I don't hate it. The tempura grated soba has a small amount of soba, but the tempura was also large. The soba itself was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
