訪	訪れた場所記録用 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年々かき揚げが劣化している気がする。以前は熱々の状態で提供され口の中が火傷するのを惜しんででも海老の食感を楽しみたかったけど、それが揚げ方が変わったのかプリッとした食感が変わった気がする。頼んだ時にかき揚げをまとめて揚げていたからかもしれないが。 I feel that the kakiage is deteriorating year by year. The menu has a simple structure with a single soba noodle. The reputed kakiage is very elegantly made and does not interfere with the taste of soba. I think it's run by a family, but the customer service is polite, the inside is clean, and I feel like I've had a very refreshing soba without the texture that is typical of local restaurants.
