以前は熱々の状態で提供され口の中が火傷するのを惜しんででも海老の食感を楽しみたかったけど、それが揚げ方が変わったのかプリッとした食感が変わった気がする。
頼んだ時にかき揚げをまとめて揚げていたからかもしれないが。
I feel that the kakiage is deteriorating year by year.
I used to want to enjoy the texture of shrimp even if it was served in a hot state and I was spared the burns in my mouth, but I feel that the texture has changed because of the change in the frying method.
Maybe it was because I was fried all at once when I asked.

There are 7 seats at the counter and 6 tables. The menu is six kinds, so you can order 60% of the non-fried soba, the duck soba and the pork soba. Kakiage is divided into 4 parts for easy eating. It was a soba shop that I wanted to come back to.

美味しいです。
蕎麦は美味しいのですが風味が
ない様な気がしました。
それでこちらも美味しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 県外からも食べに来ると聞き行ってみました。つゆは県内では珍しい甘さ控えめで濃いめに感じました。蕎麦は少しねっとり感がありました。かき揚げは上品でエビや小柱がたくさん入っていて塩で美味しく頂きました。次は田舎そばをタベテミタイト思います。

食べやすいように切ってあることも親切です。

A shop that wants you to do your best without losing to Corona. Visited by two people. Ordered soba noodles with kakiage and countryside soba. Divide the kakiage into 2 servings and serve the soup stock without saying anything. Impressed by the consideration.

蕎麦自体も素晴らしいですがかき揚げには海老と貝が入っており、大盛りを頼めばボリューム満点。再訪したいです。

The soba itself is wonderful, but the kakiage contains shrimp and shellfish, so if you ask for a large serving, it will be full of volume. I want to visit again.

メニューは蕎麦一本とシンプルな構成。評判のかきあげが非常に上品に作られたもので、蕎麦の味を邪魔しない。
多分ご家族で営まれいると思うが接客は丁寧、店内も清潔で、地方の飲食店にありがちなテキトー感無く、非常にさわやかな蕎麦を頂いた気分になれた。
Visited for lunch along the way of sightseeing near Tomioka (note that the thread mill is a pass).
The menu has a simple structure with a single soba noodle. The reputed kakiage is very elegantly made and does not interfere with the taste of soba.
I think it's run by a family, but the customer service is polite, the inside is clean, and I feel like I've had a very refreshing soba without the texture that is typical of local restaurants.
