建物のコンクリートが結構ヒビ割れている感じで立入禁止も納得です。
Ruins enthusiasts will be delighted with the building, which has a pretty atmosphere.

金属を含む液体を脱水、濾過し、金属と水を分離する役割を担っていたようです。
直径30メートルの円錐形(円盤のような)を複数のコンクリート柱で支えていて、凄く迫力があります。
This is the final stage equipment for mineral processing at the Kamikohata Mineral Processing Plant.

The 30-meter-diameter cone (like a disk) is supported by multiple concrete columns, which is extremely powerful.
