とても便利な所で、エレベーターの動きもスムーズ。
お部屋も大きさ色々あり、空調もちょうど善い。
仕事や試験で使われていますが、エレベーターの大きさが少し小さいかなぁ～って思います(今は密をさける時なので)
お手洗いは小さく(各階にあります)女性のお手洗いは和式洋式１つずつしかありませんので、お手洗いに時間がかかります。
周辺には安い食堂等の食事場所からお洒落な食事場所から高級パンのお店迄色々あり、食事場所も困りませんし、地下街も近いので買い物も直ぐに出来便利な立地条件です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エレベーターが二機しかなく、1機の定員は13名、しかも低速なので、100人以上が一斉に帰ろうとするとエレベーター前がごった返す。
多くの重要な人物を招く催しに利用するのは不向きです。
試験会場になっている場合、集合時間ギリギリに着くと、エレベーター待ちで集合時間に遅れる恐れもあるので、必ず、15分以上前には到着してエレベーター待ちの行列に並ぶ事を強くオススメします。
各フロアのトイレの数も少なく、特に女性は、集合時間前は利用出来ない場合ごあるので、当日利用されていない階のトイレに使うとよいでしょう。
大人数を収容する部屋は、階段で歩いて降りれる低層階に集めるなどの工夫があれば、もっと使いやすい施設になる。
会場に用意されている机が、表面の化粧板が割れているのが目立つ。高額な利用料なので、備品類は質の良いものを用意してほしい。
三宮駅から徒歩15分圏内でそごうやロフトの前を歩けばたどり着く利便性の良さがあり、管理会社は会場予約から支払いまでいつもスムーズな対応をしてもらえるので、上記の部分を改善してくれると、もっと評価の高い施設となるはず。

エレベーター狭いですが２台あり比較的スムーズに昇降できました。
