5	59“黒糖あっとまーく”さん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手帳申請の為の診断書を頼んだが、2ヶ月たっても返答無し。電話連絡を入れたところ、「市役所で所定の用紙を貰って持って来てもらわないと書けない」との事。2ヶ月前に頼んだのは何だったのかと思いつつ、再度用紙を貰って診断書を書いて貰う為に渡して、予約の控えのような紙をもらった。二週間ほどして電話連絡があり、取りに行くと以前頼んだ診断書の予約票で出来上がっていた。一度電話連絡を入れた際に○○さんの診断書の申請はされていないと返答したにもかかわらず。なぜ2ヶ月も連絡が無かったのか等質問しても回答無し。おまけに診断書の入った封筒の名前は間違いだらけ。苗字も名前も違う（漢字が一字ずつ間違っている）。確認も何もしないのかと唖然としてしまった。上記以外に、 ①受付の前に患者等の人だかり。受付しようにも受付の人が見当たらない。目が合おうと、声をかけようとスルー。 ②入口すぐのスタッフ（手指消毒を案内する方）に受付に誰もいないが、どうしたら良いか尋ねると、「待ってるしかないですねー」電話対応も人によって違う、申請していても確認もせず。普通じゃないと思います。 I asked for a medical certificate to apply for a notebook, but there was no response even after 2 months. B	Boss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was lucky enough to be shown around by the head doctor/ owner. He has really put a lot of thought into the design so that his patients would enjoy there time there. The design is fun and unique which when your in a hospital is not a bad thing. Haven't stayed nor been treated but if I was for some reason I would consider stay here.
