午前中に診察に行ったら14時にまた来てくださいと言われ、14時に行ったら2時間半待たされ、確認したらあと1時間はかかると言われ、診察せず帰ってきた 予約優先なので後回しにされていたらしい 確認しなかった自分も悪いが、受付時にしっかり説明してくれれば後日予約で済んだ 看護師さんは何度も謝罪してくれたが、受付の対応が酷すぎる 2時間半の待ち時間の間、3人の人が待ち時間に対して看護師さんに文句を言っていて、大人気ないなと見ていたが 最終的にそりゃそーなるわと思ってしまった 今後この病院を利用することはないが まず受付の教育から改善すべき

先日過激な腹痛に襲われて救急車を呼びました。夜間であり、搬送先の病院が決まるのに時間がかかるだろうと思ってましたが、熊谷外科病院へと意外にも早く決定。そして夜間勤務のお医者さん、看護婦さん、介護士さんのおかげで検査もスムーズに実施して頂き、感謝しております。しかし、朝にいきなり胃カメラ検査となり、看護婦が同意書を持って来て『チャチャっとサインして』とニヤニヤしながら言われて読む間もなくサイン。サインをしてしまった私も悪いのですが…。そして検査実施後、私の胃袋は炎症を起こし、ズタボロで激痛の中、私の担当の内科の女医(私はこの時初対面)が現れ『あなたは糖尿病の疑いが高い』と言われて採血結果をここの数値とこの数値が異常。本日は断食で点滴のみ。…わずか2~3分の出来事でした。その後、薬剤師が薬を持って来たのだが、その薬(胃薬の中では強い。勿論食後)空腹の胃の状態で飲まされました。案の定、胃の激痛は治まらず、発熱してしまいました。そして何も説明もなくインスリン注射。その時既に発熱しており看護婦に『どのような治療方法なのか。私の担当内科女医を呼んで下さい』 と言いましたが担当の女医が来ることはなく、終いにはナースコールを鳴らしても完全に無視。こっちはどの様に治療すんのかまともに聞いてねぇしナースコールを知ってて切るか、普通じゃねぇよ。ここの看護婦(日勤者)。しかも点滴袋内の薬品は空。私は待ってるだけ無駄だと思い、自ら点滴の管を抜いてしまいました。その後私も怒りが収まらず、内科の担当女医を呼び出し、お話をさせて頂いたのだが…内科の担当女医は『私はしっかりと説明をした』の一点張り。もう呆れてしまったのと胃の激痛、夕方であることで精神的にも参ってしまい『病院の変更をお願いします』と言ってしまいました。しかし父に説得をされ私も大人気が無かったと反省して看護婦に謝辞をすると『もう転院の手続きは完了しました。』と僅か1日立たなくもはや追い出される形で退院させられてしまいました。しかも女医が書いたのは転院届ではなく、単なる町医者への紹介状。つまり糖尿病で入院が必要であり胃の激痛も治まって無い状態で滅茶苦茶な事となり、結局入院は不可となってしまい、自宅療養を余儀なくされました。…夜間救急の方々の素晴らしい対応、内科の女医を含めた日勤者の対応の違い…まるで別の病院かと思ってしまいました。私の身に突発的な体の異常が見られた場合の事を考えてこの場に履歴をのこしておきます。

定期健康診断で2~3ヶ月おきに通院。外来受付も診察カードを機械に読み込ませるだけでスムースに完了。医療関係者の診察と処置もテキパキと手際がよい。左手親指が腱鞘炎になったときもかかりつけの内科から速やかに外科に連絡してくれて診察を受けることができた。提携薬局は2店舗。駐車場が整備され使い易くなった。医師・看護師・受付スタッフ皆さん大変親切丁寧に対応して頂いている。 以前採血室に備えてあった血圧計が無くなってしまった。ロビーにある血圧計を利用して自分で測ることも出来るが折角病院に来ているのだからスタッフに測っていただきたい。速やかに血圧計を採血室に再装備していただきたい。 会計システムが自動精算機による機械精算になった。それはよいのだが肝心の精算機が1台しかないため会計に並ぶ人が列をなすようになった。病院なので使い方がわからず立ち往生する人が非常に多い。係の人がついてはいるのだがそれでももたつきは否めないので精算機を3台くらい追加してほしい。

受付の女性の対応が悪いです。 コロナウィルスのワクチンも受け付けている為、忙しいのはわかりますが、受付にスタッフがいない時間が多いです。呼んでも来ません。 聞き取れない話を聞き返すともういいですと言われるし、待っててくださいと言われた場所に行き待機していると別のスタッフにここはワクチン接種の方の待機場所だから向こうで待っててと行ったりきたりさせられたりと散々でした。 ですがお医者様はとても優しくよく見てくれましたので、その点で星2つけますがあまりいい思いはしませんでした。

人生の中で一番ひどい病院でした。ベンピになって、死ぬほど辛くて、救急車にそちらの病院に行きました。外国人だと思ってかどうかわからないですけど、先生からなんで救急車に乗ってきたのもったいない、救急車に迷惑と言いわれました。それに看護士さんも病院がわからないから乗ってきたですよと言いわれました。すごく辛くて、心折れました。涙が止まりませんでした。やっぱり日本の救急車には死ぬ前じゃないと乗っちゃダメなのかな。。。

休日に体調が悪化し、休日診察をしているところを問い合わせたらこちらを案内されました。電話対応された看護師の対応が酷かったです。このご時世なのでコロナの可能性も視野に入れるのは仕方ないのですが、医師が症状を判断するのでの一点張りで患者の話を聞いてくださってもいいのではと感じました。

Covid-19が発生する以前にインフルエンザで夜間診療利用のお世話になりました。 ただ当時の電話応対看護師は38度発熱から何時間経ちましたかという聞き取りと杓子定規的に8時間以上経たないといけないとかインフルエンザの検査して陰性だったら治療できないとなぜか治療したくない、来てほしくないような応対モード全開でひどかったので発熱で辛いにも関わらず怒りモードになってしまいました。 結局強行受診して検査結果インフルエンザとなりましたがあのときは本当に最悪でした。

電話で初診時の予約をした際はかったるそうに応対した人は確かにいました。日によって質が様々なことは否定しません。 しかし、本日受診しましたが、受付の方も看護師さんも、みなさん対応良くスムーズでした。 わたしが見た光景からは、患者の側が注意書き等をみていなかったり、突然診察室をのぞき込んで早く診ろとせかしたり、手間をかけさせている印象がみて取れました。 勝手にイラついて当たる人もいるなかで、よくやってくれていると思います。 担当してくださった医師の方も、その補助の看護師さんも手際よく安心でした。会話は最小限ですが、必要十分です。待っている患者の数が多いのですから、仕方ありません。 じゅうぶん、ほかの人にオススメできる病院でした。
