★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 舞台のようなキッチンと、客席。おしゃれなお店でした。
ランチに何度か伺いましたが、店員さん達の責任範囲が曖昧なのか、食後に珈琲を頼んだ場合は毎回声をかけなくてはなりません。
テーブルを片付けるから少しお待ち下さいと言われ、少しと言うには長い時間レジ前で待たされた。
味は美味しいですが、接客の点で★-2

I visited for lunch several times, but I have to talk to them every time I ask for coffee after a meal, probably because the clerk's responsibility is ambiguous.
I was told to wait for a while as I was cleaning up the table, and I had to wait for a long time in front of the cash register.
The taste is delicious, but in terms of customer service ★ -2

高校生から通ってるカンパーナが潰れたら、あたしも主人もパニックです。

今までミートソースばかり食べていたのですが、今日は白い服を着てきてしまったので初めてのクリームたらこ（大盛り）にしました。とても濃厚で美味しかったです！
ランチはサラダにコーヒーもついてお得ですね。
What should I eat in Akita City? If you get lost, just come here and it's OK.
I used to eat only meat sauce, but today I'm wearing white clothes, so I made my first cream cod roe (large serving). It was very rich and delicious!
Lunch is a great deal with salad and coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老舗のパスタ店で、何十年かぶりで行きました。味は変わっていませんが(良い意味で悪い意味で)、店内のテーブルの配置が、今のコロナ時代を予想していたのでは！？と思う配置で感心してしまいました。当時は大学の講義室みたいと思っていましたが、向かい合わないので、感染リスクが低くなるテーブル配置かと思います。
I went to a long-established pasta shop for the first time in decades. The taste hasn't changed (in a good or bad way), but the table layout in the store might have predicted the current Corona era! ?? I was impressed with the arrangement I thought. At that time, I thought it was like a lecture room at a university, but since it doesn't face each other, I think it's a table layout that reduces the risk of infection.

14時でも多数の来店があり賑わっていました。
ランチメニューのアサリとシイタケのパスタをいただきました。
スープパスタでしたが、あさりの佃煮でお茶漬けをした時のお味そっくりで和風とは言えちょっと個人的にはあまり好みの味ではありませんでした。
たらこパスタやミートソースパスタを注文されている方が多いように感じました。

I had the lunch menu of Asari and Shiitake pasta.
It was soup pasta, but it tasted just like the taste of Ochazuke in Tsukudani of Asari, and although it was Japanese, I personally didn't like it very much.
I felt that many people ordered tarako pasta and minced meat sauce pasta.
