松	松田優里奈 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2〜3年ほど前に住宅ローンの相談で不動産会社の人に連れて行かれた。他の営業の方の事は知らないが、営業○長を名乗る人間の態度が非常に悪かった。他の社員の方とは話してないので、ごく一部の人間だけのことであって欲しい。具体的な内容・共働き夫婦で両方に決裁権があるのに、旦那としか話そうとしない。・別業界についての知識がないのは仕方ないにしても、いきなり「それってバイトでしょ。」と言ってくる。一次請け代理店の正社員と説明しても終始決め付けてくる。・生死に関わる内容で親族を馬鹿にする(あまりに酷すぎて、ここには載せられない)。・最後の最後で乗ってきていた普通車(ただの大衆車)を見て何を思ったのか、急に胡麻をすってきたのが一番意味不明だった。自分も同じ営業職として、見ていて終始有り得ない対応の連続だったので「悪い例」として後輩指導に使わせて頂きました。上に立つ者であれば常に誠実であることは出来なくても、せめて誠実に見える努力はしてほしい。 A couple of years ago, I was taken to a real estate agent for a mortgage loan consultation. As the same sales position, I used it as a "bad example" for junior guidance because it was a series of unprecedented responses from beginning to end.
