菊	菊谷卓 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店主の方の対応や味は良く美味しくいただかせて貰いましたが、常連客の態度が悪く不快な思いをさせられました。テレビでも紹介されていたので、夫婦でランチに訪れましたが、先に入店した家内は入店するなり「テレビを見て来た野次馬」と笑われ、私も入店したところ元々空いていた入り口を閉めるよう指示をされました。常連で有るならば店のイメージを下げるような言動は慎むべきであるし、それがお店の為と思いますが… 残念ながら二度とお伺いすることはないと思います。 The shop owner's response and taste were good and delicious, but The attitude of the regular customers was bad and made me feel uncomfortable. 秋	秋田食べ日記 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020.3.25 キッチン一番（秋田市）秋田のタウン情報誌・あっぷる3月号の『ウワサのお店に行ってみた！』で紹介されていたお店です。店主が御年82と紹介されていて、すごい！と思うと同時にいつ閉めてもおかしくないという危機感を覚え、早く行かねばと思っていました。お店は夫婦で経営。カウンターに着席し、奥さんがコップに入った水を運んできてくれましたが、その足どりはゆっくり…そのため、店内には小上がりもありますが、そこに座ろうとしていた 2人組のお客さんに対し、カウンターに座ってもらえないかとお願いしていました。あっぷるでも紹介されていた『シェルインステーキ』を注文。ステーキの中央にホタテの貝柱が埋め込まれている、個性的な一品となっております。ソースにビーフとホタテの旨みが溶け込んで、美味しかったです！これでライス、スープ、サラダ付きで 1,000円はお得だと思いました(^^) 2020.3.25 Kitchen Ichiban (Akita City) Akita's town information magazine, Apple's March issue "I went to a rumor shop! し	しなちく on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しいと聞いたので初お邪魔。悩んだが和牛肉スタミナ鉄板焼き注文。熱々の鉄板で提供、目の前で音を立てながら肉に熱が入っていくのは楽しいですね。で、ここから感想。店主は愛想良いですが、入った時から長電話、注文くるまで10分以上待たされました。昼時客が入ってきても電話を止めないのは客商売としては最悪です。店内煙草OKらしく、後から来た団体が吸い始め、料理の香りが台無し、かなり不快でした。で、肝心の料理ですが、ごはんが駄目。炊き方に問題あり、米の旨さが台無しです。肉も和牛のわりに？って感じでした。ちょっと私には合わない店でした。 I heard it was delicious, so it was my first visit.
