物腰が柔らかいとっても優しそうなマスター。
でも一度シェイカーを握るとキンッ！と高くきれいな音のハードシェイク。
そこから注がれたカクテルをお日様が差し込むカウンターで飲むのは贅沢の一言。

看板が小さくてなかなか見つけられず。
やっと見つけたらコロナでお預け状態?
本日やっと入店出来ました！
昼間なのに混んでるし常連さんばかりでした。
何年何十年と通い続けるお客がいるお店って
味と接客の両方がいい証拠かも。
いつもは2杯までと決めてますが
最初に注文したギムレットが美味しかったので
ついつい昼から飲みすぎてしまいました。
接客も間違いなく一流です。
押し付け感ゼロ、さり気なく話しかけて
場を和ませるのは流石！！
また近いうちにお邪魔しまーす。

カクテルがとにかく神レベルで美味しい。しかも特段オールドボトルやレアボトルを使うではなく、現行のポピュラーなボトルで仕上げていくのに有り得ないくらいに美味しいのです。技術や知識、思い入れが半端ないのです。
同業者からも憧れられるような凄いバーテンダーさんなのに、実に物腰が柔らかく、とても良い時間を過ごせます。
平時は１４時からの営業で明るい時間から絶品カクテルを楽しめるこちらですが今は緊急事態宣言中で休業が続いています。早くこちらで飲める日が来ることを切に願っています。
