配車アプリで呼んだが予定時刻より10分ほど遅れて到着。
しまいには、「この道はどっち車線か分かりづらいのでメッセージ送ってくれても良かったですよね？アプリでメッセージ送れるんですもんね？」と逆ギレ。
どっち車線かわかるような位置にしたはずはずなのに逆ギレされて不快で残念な気持ちになりました。
社会人になっても他責にする人はだめですね。
他の口コミを見ても良いコメント無いのでそういう会社なのかなと。

I should have positioned it so that I could tell which lane it was, but I felt uncomfortable and unfortunate because it was reversed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたまだと思うが、運転手の方が迎車場所を間違えたため、大幅にタイムロスしてしまった。こちらから迷っている車を探してそこから乗車するハメに。その後の対応は問題なかったが、せめて迎車料金を、メーター運賃から返金してほしいと思った。一応会社にも問い合わせたのだが、それはできないとのこと。これなら迷っている運転手さんを放置して、そのまま迎車をキャンセルしていたほうがよかったではないか。善意を無駄にしないでほしい。僕ほどの善人は今の日本には珍しいのだから、大切にしてほしい。
