★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜中に緊急対応があり、無線で配車をお願いしました。目的地は都内の非常に有名な場所で、広い道路に面しているところだったのですが、ドライバーがまったく道がわからず、カーナビを使ってもどんどん遠ざかっていたので、（前日も同じ場所に行っていたために気づきました。近くに着たらカーナビを切っていたと思います）
急いでいたため「道が違う」とクレームを言ったところ、夜中なのに道端で目的地にたどりつく前で降ろされました。
料金は半額ですがメーターの半分をしっかり徴収されました。（かなり迂回されたので通常料金より決して安いものではなかったのですが）
前日の他社での所要時間は15分、道はガラガラでしたが、このドライバーは３５分でうろうろしていました。
道に迷ったにしろ、途中でしかも夜中の閑散としたオフィス街のまんなあで車から降ろされたなどという経験は初めてでした。
その後歩いていかなくてはならず、急いでいたのに、時間にある程度余裕をもっていたのに大幅に時間がかかり遅刻しました。

ナビと道のせいにして、途中でメーター止めましたがそれでも2.5倍取られました。
しかも雨にも関わらず、ベビーカーの乗り入れも手伝ってくれないのはどうかと思いました。
義務ではないのは分かりますが、それくらい気遣ってほしいです。
子供抱っこして、大きい荷物とベビーカー持ってたら、周りの人ですら助けてくれるのに
こんなタクシーの運転手さんいるんだってビックリして悲しかったです。
