実	実加藤 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親父さんは普段寡黙ですが時々ぼそりと冗談を言う方です。焼き鳥を二人で二本頼んだら『二人で二本は作れないよ』と言うのでちょっと気むずかしいかなと思ったけれど、食べたら思わずもう一本☝️。『必ずもう一本と言われるから一人一本だけ焼くのは面倒なんだよね』とのこと。料理の腕は素晴らしくとにかく何を食べても美味しいです。事前予約の刺身盛り合わせは私の定番。座ると直ぐに出してくれます。生牡蠣も新鮮で美味しかったのですがその後にちょっとだけ火を加えた同じ牡蠣を食べたらさらに旨味が増して正に絶品‼️こんなに味が変化するとは六文銭マジックです。女将さんは忙しくなる頃に顔を出してくれますが慎ましくさりげない気配りが行き届き笑顔が素敵な方です。スタッフさんも明るくてとても雰囲気のいいお店です。 My dad is usually quiet, but he sometimes makes jokes.
