 One of the few female pastry chefs in Japan who trained at the super-famous pastry chef "Patissley Jack" in Alsace, France, is run alone. Although it is a cute baked confectionery shop, you can enjoy the authentic taste of "Kake Ecose" and "Gugelhupf" as recommended by top pastry chefs. In addition, traditional French sweets that cannot be seen in most stores are on sale, and I was surprised at the high level of technology. It is a hidden store in Kyoto that everyone in the know knows.

カヌレがおいしいと聞いたので、立ち寄りました。普通の大きさのカヌレ以外に
ミニのカヌレも販売されています。両方購入しました。
外はパリパリで中はもっちり、美味しかったですよ?他にも可愛いクッキーやタルト等々欲しいお菓子が一杯ありました。次の機会に立ち寄りたいです。
