サーフェスはオムニクレーになる。
見張らしも良いし空気が澄んだ感じがする。
コーチングはコーチ個人の技量差が激しく、正直なところ全くまとはずれな内容の時は辟易していた。
反面、振り替えの自由度が高いし、どのコーチも運動量多めのメニューなので体を動かす満足度は高い。
かなり時間帯によって年齢層が別れているので、入会時は体験だけじゃなくてヒアリングした方がいい。
既に退会したが、雨天、その翌日が、高確率で休みになるというデメリットさえなければ続けてもよかった。
だからそこに理解があるならお勧めできる。
