★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一人暮らしでUberEatsやコンビニ飯ばかりなのを変えようと思い行ってみました。
中華麺とチャーハンのセットが880円で、これなら毎日通ってもUberより安く済むなと思っていたらなんと小鉢でキャベツとゆで卵もサービスしていただきました。
中華料理というと生野菜はあまりとれない印象だったので助かりました。
味もちょっと濃いめの古き良き町の中華屋さんと言った感じでとても好みだったので、これから通おうと思います。
I decided to change the Uber Eats and convenience store meals by living alone.
The set of Chinese noodles and fried rice is 880 yen, and if I thought that it would be cheaper than Uber even if I went there every day, I had cabbage and boiled eggs served in a small bowl.

あんかけ揚げワンタンと炒飯、焼きそば、酢豚を注文。
昔ながらの町中華。味付けは少し濃いめの味付け。
店にいる猫ちゃんが主人のように堂々としていて可愛い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつては中国料理人が居た関東大震災からの営業も入れると約100年の伝統有る中華店。
中華店ではチャーハンと餃子を頂きます。
此の店はセットメニューになるので税込み950円で頂く事が出来ます。
餃子は皮がブニョブニョし餡は八角が効いており良いのですがもの凄い美味しいとなりません。
宇都宮餃子銘店と比べるとプロとアマの差
チャーハンに関してはナルト、チャーシュー、ネギ、溶き卵、海老が使われて見た目良いのですがシットリしたタイプで味付け、化学調味料がとても濃く自分的には残念な印象に。
最後に店内に猫がいたのに驚きました。

五目麺(890円）マーボー豆腐（650円）
調理男性一人。女性一人。接客女性一人。
五目麵
綺麗。お肉類がたっぷり。具は若干少なめ。
スープも醤油？塩？ちょっと飽きる味。
チャーシューがここも肉々しかった。
CPは良くない。
マーボー豆腐
見た目は綺麗。丁寧な調理。
だけど少な目。安いから仕方ないけど。
結構酸味が強い。辛味&痺れは感じない。
お肉は結構入ってる。
看板猫がいるようだったけど奥の座敷で
スヤスヤ。撮影出来なかった。残念。
老舗らしかったけど古さは感じない。
やっぱりどこのお店も日曜日は
閉店してるお店が多い。
