新たな韓国宮廷料理を提供するサルビアは大阪の鶴橋にあります。昔、朝鮮時代王様と王妃様が召した宮廷料理をアレンジし、皆様にも召し上がって頂きたくご用意しております。店の名前である『サルビア』とは、皆さんがよくご存知の花の名前です。昔、家の庭に咲いていたサルビアの蜜を吸ったときの甘くて懐かしい記憶があります。サルビアにいらっしゃったお客さまにもそのような素敵な思い出ができますように、との願いを込めて。

ちょっと場所は分かりにくいです。鶴橋の商店街からは少し外れた場所にあります。ランチで11:30頃行きましたが10分後には満員になりました。大人気店の様です。
チーズダッカルビを頼みました。
宮廷料理がベースなのかあまり辛いメニューはないようですね。
韓国料理上手のオモニが作ったような純朴な味付けです。優しい感じの。
混ぜご飯も固くなくうまく炊けていました。
手前のスープは酢のたくさん入ったスープでさっぱりしてて暑い日にぴったりでした。
30半ばくらいの韓国人夫婦で営業されていますが、人柄も夫婦仲も良さそうです。
 It's a shop I've always wanted to visit because Google's reviews are high.
The location is a little confusing. It is located a little outside the Tsuruhashi shopping street. I went for lunch around 11:30, but 10 minutes later it was full. It looks like a very popular store.
I ordered cheese dak-galbi.
It seems that there isn't a very spicy menu, probably because it's based on court cuisine.
It is a simple seasoning like that made by Omoni, who is a good Korean cook. It feels kind.
The mixed rice was not hard and was cooked well.
The soup in the foreground was a soup with a lot of vinegar and was refreshing and perfect for hot days.
It is open to Korean couples in the middle of the 30's, but it seems that their personality and marriage are good.

お野菜たっぷり、濃すぎない味付けがとても美味しいです。又パンチャンの豆腐の醤油ダレもマシッソヨ。鶴橋行ったらいつもここ!お一人様でも気軽に入れるお店。
This is miso.
The seasoning with plenty of vegetables and not too strong is very delicious. Also, the soy sauce sauce of Banchan's tofu is also mashisoyo. Whenever you go to Tsuruhashi, it's always here!
