The clerk is polite and the interior of the cafe is cute and the best! It's one of the most favorite and recommended cafes around Tsuruhashi because it's really good at dealing with it.

K	K R (R) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2号店のカプホ目当てで初入店。よく分からず入って聞こうと待っていたら、ロングヘアの女性店員にキツい言い方で外で並んで待ってください！とイライラしながら言われショックだった。忙しいか知りませんが、それなら分かりやすいようにお店やSNSに説明を書いたり初めての方でも分かるように優しい対応をして頂きたいです。その女性店員だけ接客が残念だったのと、飲み物は普通のソフトドリンク系しかなく値段はタピオカ並みで高いと思った? 初めてで楽しみだったのに正直あまり良い印象が持てなかったのが残念でした。もう行くことは無いです(;_;) Entered for the first time at the second store, Capho.
