★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応がかなり機械的でホスピタリティ皆無。しかも初心者にツインシェイプのボードをセットバック０で乗らせるスパルタ仕様。「サロモン」という名前を使った殿様商売ですね。可能なら他のレンタルショップで借りたほうがいいです。
Correspondence is quite mechanical and there is no hospitality. Moreover, it is a Spartan specification that allows beginners to ride a twin-shaped board with setback 0. It's a lord business that uses the name "Salomon". If possible, you should rent it at another rental shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2月12日レンタルしに来ましたが、酷すぎました。事前にスマホでレンタルの予約ができるのを知っていたので当日QRコード見せて終わりかと思いきや機械の故障で大混雑によりレンタルできたのがお昼過ぎです。最低限、張り紙やサイトの方で告知すべきでは？
何も無しに壊れてるの一言で済ますのはどうかと。現場で働いていた方にどうこう言うつもりはないですがシステムに関してはまじゴミです。
土日や3連休でスノボしに行ったり、レンタルするのはアホってマジ学んだ。
この日でスノボ嫌いになりかけた。

動線がもったいないです。WEB予約の方は、会計→受け渡しの順に別の列に並びますが、初見ではどの列がどこにあるのかわかりづらい。女子更衣室の扉の開きが男子更衣場所の靴脱場に重なり、人によくぶつかる。レンタルスキーの受け渡し場が、動線の途中にあり人の列を横断しないと受け取れない。
WEB予約が便利でこちらを利用したので、WEB決済にするだけでもかなり改善するのかなと思いました。
受け渡しのところで働いている方はテキパキ対応してくれてスムーズでした。

The opening of the door of the women's changing room overlaps with the shoes removal at the men's changing room, and it often hits people. The rental ski delivery area is in the middle of the flow line and you can only receive it by crossing the line of people.
Since WEB reservation is convenient and I used this, I thought that it would be considerably improved just by making WEB payment.
Those who worked at the delivery place responded smoothly and it was smooth.
