永	永井幸人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10月の21日に鳥取駅前風紋広場で鳥取ラーメンプロジェクトのキッチンカーでラーメンが販売されました。ラーメンは2種類あり私は、とんこつラーメンをたべました。厚切りチャーシュー2枚と薄いチャーシュー1枚が入っていてチャーシューは、とてもボリュームがありました。スープは5種類のスープがブレンドしてありとても濃厚で美味しかったです。値段は1500円ですがスープを完食しました。このスープを作った藤本さんは、マクドナルドで20年以上働いてソフトバンクアカデミーの1期生でソフトバンクの従業員食堂などで献立でうでを奮ったかたです。そして鳥取の食材で作ったラーメンが鳥取ラーメンです。藤本さんは気さくなかたで心良く話しかけてくださいました。鳥取ラーメンと藤本さんと私の2ショット写真を投稿します。鳥取ラーメンまいうー。感謝。 Ramen was sold in the kitchen car of the Tottori Ramen Project at Tottori Ekimae Kazemon Square on October 21st.
