前期試験に合わせて部屋探しを行いましたが、大学付近の不動産屋は混在している上に、内見は学生アルバイトが案内していました。自分の目利きが必要かと。
プロにしっかり説明してもらい、納得できる部屋探しをしたいなら、こちらをオススメします。大学からはかなり離れていますが、訪問する価値アリです。
I used it for my child's examination at Kyoto University. The staff are very friendly and I think you can talk with confidence.
I searched for a room in time for the first semester exam, but there were a mixture of real estate agents near the university, and a part-time student was instructing me to take a look. Do you need your own connoisseur?
If you want to get a professional explanation and find a room that you are satisfied with, we recommend this. It's quite far from the university, but it's worth a visit.
