管理も電話対応も雑です。
まず、掃除がされない。エレベーター前に何ヶ月も蜘蛛の巣が貼られたまま放置されます。
電話対応も雑でそっけない、且つ上から目線です。
基本的な管理業務も十分になされず、大変残念です。
星1もつけたくありません。
他の管理会社をおすすめします。
This was the management company of the condominium where I used to live.
Management and telephone support are complicated.
First of all, it is not cleaned. It is left with a spider web stuck in front of the elevator for months.
The telephone correspondence is also rough and unfriendly, and I am looking from above.
I am very sorry that the basic management work is not done enough.

夜に鍵を落としていまい室内にいれなくなりました。営業時間外でしたがダメもとで電話をしたらたまたま残業されているスタッフがおられ、マンションまで鍵を届けてくれて無事に中に入れ助かりました。親切にご対応下さり、感謝しております。ありがとうございました。
I live in this managed condominium.
I lost the key at night and couldn't enter the room. Although it was outside business hours, when I called with no reason, there was a staff member who happened to be working overtime, and he delivered the key to the condominium and was saved. Thank you for your kindness. Thank you very much.
