犬	犬の飼い主 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 凄く気に入ってます。全ての戸を開けリビングのエアコンはつけっぱなし、二階は1台はつけっぱなし残りの2台はオンオフしてます。。玄関も風呂場もトイレも全室快適な室温湿度を24時間保つ全館空調しています。冬は加湿器は使わず室内干しと浴槽に水を張って50％前後をキープしています。オール電化なので電気代平均1.1万のみです。旅行中もエアコンは消しません。土地47坪家37坪で2500万で売ってくれて感謝してます。土地から買って建てたら3000万はすると思います。耐震等級3と制振装置付きでほぼ揺れません。窓は開けないので虫は全く見ません。殺虫剤は一切不要です。網戸は付けなきゃ良かったと後悔。VOCも出ていません。インナーバルコニーも便利です。車も頑張れば4台入ります。仲介手数料0円のライフネットホームで買ったので更に90万円安く買えました。アーネストワンの担当営業マンも感じ良かった。 I really like it.
