今まで腰痛で整形外科や他の整骨院にも通院してみましたが、なかなかよくならずにいました。こちらで何回か通院しているうちに変化がしっかりあらわれて最近はたまに違和感が出るぐらいです。
簡単に自分でできる体操や歩き方も指導してくれました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 右足かかとの痛みで2017年の12月から通っていましたが、3ヶ月通って確かに右足の痛みは減りました。
その代わり左足が激痛とシビレで動かなくなりました。(2018/4/3)
良くなる途中の痛みだと説明されましたが、仕事を長期間休まなければならなくなる程の痛みで良くなるとは思えません。こうなってしまっても何も保証は無いので個人的にはお勧めしません。
やっぱり鍼灸院や接骨院などより整形外科に行くべきだと痛感しました。
I had been having a pain in my right heel since December 2017, but my pain in my right leg has definitely decreased after 3 months.
Instead, my left leg stopped because of severe pain and cramps. (2018/4/3)
It was explained that it was a pain on the way to getting better, but I don't think it would be so good that I had to take a long break from work. Even if this happens, there is no guarantee so I do not recommend it personally.
After all, I really felt that I should go to orthopedics rather than an acupuncture clinic or an osteopathic clinic.
