★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 慢性的な肩こりが酷く、しばらく整体に通ってなかったので、仕事帰りによれて骨盤矯正ができる整体や整骨院を探していました。
こちら武蔵新田駅から徒歩10秒。駅からすぐで便利なので「しろくま整骨院」に通うことにしました。
問診から丁寧に話を聞いてくれ、体の状態を確認しながら歪んでいる箇所や原因などわかりやすく説明してくれて、ともて信頼が持てました。
筋肉をゆるめる治療と聞いていましたが、本当に痛みのない施術なのに終わったあとはスッキリ体が楽になっていました。
自宅で簡単に出来るセルフケアなども教えてもらったので家で実践しています。
慢性的な肩こりがかなり軽減されました！すごい嬉しいです。
また、時間を見つけて伺いたいと思います。

This is a 10 second walk from Musashishinda Station. I decided to go to "Shirokuma Osteopathic Institute" because it was very convenient from the station.

I heard it was a treatment to relax muscles, but after a really painless treatment, it was easier to refresh.
I also taught self-care that I can easily do at home, so I practice it at home.
Chronic shoulder stiffness has been significantly reduced! I'm really happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職業上、首と肩こりからくる頭痛に悩まされ、とにかく、一時的な緩和より根本的に治してくれるようなところはないのかなとインターネットで検索したところ、一度で実感していただけます的なキャッチコピーが気になり、わりと近くだったので、直感的に予約をし伺いました。お店は明るく、スタッフの方々もとても明るく対応がとてもよかったです。
院長先生に担当をしてもらいました。
悩みである肩こりの話や体の不調の話も、真摯にきいていただき、それに対しておこたえいただきました。
施術自体は痛みはありませんでした。
初めに自分の体の歪みを確認し、歪みすぎていることに、驚きましたが、最後にまた同じように歪みの確認をしたところ、歪みが正常に戻っていました。
魔法にかかったようでした。
体も軽くなりますよとはじめに言われた通り、肩が軽く、あたまも軽くなりました。
帰って鏡をみると、首がながくなっていて肩も下がっていました。見た目も変わっていました。一度この変化は本当に驚きです。
次の日の朝はとても体が軽かったです。
健康な体にしたいので、これからも通いたいと思います。

ぎっくり腰での通院でした。
来院して1回目の施術を受けた後、腰痛、股関節、膝の痛みなどがほぼ無くなり、驚くほど体が楽になりました。股関節の可動域が広がり、日常生活も楽になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 来院したきっかけは近くで整骨院を探していたからです。肩こりがひどく、全体的に疲れが取れない症状に悩んでいました。
施術を受けて、定期的に通うことで背骨の歪みが改善され、少しずつ良くなってきたと感じています。
スタッフの人も、自宅でできるストレッチを教えてくれたり親身に向き合っていただいています。
肩こりなど、我慢しないですぐに治療を受けるのがいいと思います。

院長先生が対応して下さりバネ指以外にも原因がある事を教えて頂いた上での施術になり一回目の施術でかなり左手が動くようになってきました。
本日二回目の施術の為、来院したのですが更に左手が開くようになり、かなり驚いています。
楽器（ベース）を思うように弾ける日が来るとは思っていなかったので今から楽しみです(^^♪

院内とても清潔感があり、カウンセリングも皆さんとても丁寧にしてくれます。
息子がバスケをしており、足首をひねったり怪我をする度に施術して頂いてます。その都度、親身に話を聞いてくれて、怪我を繰り返さないように家でのストレッチなどアドバイスしてくれるので、定期的に通院するようになりました。
夫と私も腰痛もちなので、家族でお世話になっております。
施術後、毎度すっきりして変化を感じます。
皆さん親切で信頼でき、今後も通いたいお店です。

My son is playing basketball, and he is treated every time he twists his ankle or gets injured. Every time, he listens to me and gives me advice on stretching at home so that I don't get injured again, so I started going to the hospital on a regular basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長先生に施術していただきました。前回腰の痛みの時。施術前は歩くのも屈むのも痛かったはずが一度施術で帰り道がこんなに楽になるなんて！と感動。今回の足裏の痛み、背中の痛みも一度の施術でこんなに変わるのか？と思うくらい痛みが緩和されました。ただ治療する…だけでなく痛みに至った原因や予防法までを教えて下さいます。数ある多くの整骨院とは明らかに違います。信頼できる整骨院に巡り会えて幸せです！
