ローストビーフ丼(980円)を注文。
料理は写真映えしますが、ごはんがパサパサして美味しくなかったです。残すのも勿体ないのでランチメニューについてくる揚げ玉温泉卵と混ぜて何とか完食しました。肉もいまいちで柔らかさが・・・
天ぷらは普通だったとのことです。

アルコール類の種類は多いですが
おつまみっていうのが少ないかなぁ。
っと言うかメニューを見ててもピンと来ない。
価格は安いですよ。

大きなお店ですが検温や消毒液使用を促すことは無かったです。
席に着くと天ぷら用の岩塩が出されるけどカチカチに固まっているから使い回しでしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ さくら水産の新業態一号店に行ってみた。昼はランチメニューのみで名前通り海鮮と天ぷらとローストビーフ丼!?のみ。連れは天ぷら定食、私は怖いもの見たさで海鮮丼を注文。値段が1000円近い事からさくら水産の時よりも刺身は厚切りだ。ご飯はネットリ感はあるが、昔のようなダマは無い。海鮮丼で酢飯でないのは久し振りかもしれない。ちょっと好印象。味噌汁は相変わらず味が無い。海鮮丼にも温玉に揚げ玉が入ったものが付いているが、味の無いタレは不必要なのではないか?揚げ玉を棄てる事を考えれば、有効活用なのだろうが。そもそも海鮮丼に温玉は合わないような気がする。生卵の黄身なら判るが。天ぷらはカリッと揚がっているが、天ぷら屋の天ぷらではない。衣が厚めの蕎麦屋の天ぷらに近い。好みの問題かもしれないが。追い飯は茶碗半分位。これは丁度いい量だと思う。しかし、刺身定食と海鮮丼と寿司と天ぷら定食と天丼だけでは直ぐに飽きられてしまうのではないか?ローストビーフ丼もあるが、そもそもローストビーフはご飯には合わない。天ぷらが揚げられるのなら、鶏唐揚げ定食とか鰈の唐揚げ定食とかバリエーションが欲しいところだ。今後に期待したい。

Miso soup is still tasteless. The seafood bowl also comes with hot balls and fried balls, but isn't it unnecessary to have a tasteless sauce? Considering that the fried balls are thrown away, it may be an effective use. In the first place, I feel that hot balls do not go well with seafood bowls. I know if it's raw egg yolk. The tempura is crispy, but it's not the tempura of a tempura shop. It is close to the tempura of a soba restaurant with thick batter. It may be a matter of taste. The chasing rice is about half a bowl. I think this is just the right amount. However, isn't it easy to get bored with sashimi set meal, seafood bowl, sushi, tempura set meal, and tempura bowl alone? There is also a roast beef bowl, but roast beef doesn't go well with rice in the first place. If tempura is fried, I would like a variation such as a chicken fried set meal or a flatfish fried set meal. I want to look forward to it in the future.

2名で天ぷらと焼き魚定食を注文しました
天ぷらはカリッと上がっていて野菜が美味しい!エビは揚げ過ぎなのか少しかたかった気がします。
焼き魚に刺身もついていたので一切れ頂きました刺身は普通でした
天ぷらがオススメですね

居酒屋使いにと思いきや、一品系は品薄です。
メニューに刺身がないのでカルパッチョで。あとは天ぷら盛り合わせもないので一品ずつ。ついでに茶碗蒸しもと。
最後はおまかせ寿司10貫でフィニッシュ。
(カツオの漬けがカピカピに乾いとる・・)
ホールのバイトのコはすごい頑張ってるのですが、提供時間が長すぎる・・・そのくせ一度の注文で何度も同じドリンクが届く、、地に足が着いておらず。
頑張れスタッフ育成&シフト組み&キッチン!
再訪はないかな。
(今日はIMA本館が全店休業だったのでたまたま客が流れてきて混み合ったのかも。。かく言う私も焼肉ヤマトが目当てだったが、選択肢が無くなって流れ着いた)
A new format store for Sakura Fisheries.
As the name suggests, the menu is centered around tempura and sushi.
I think it's for izakaya users, but the one-off items are out of stock.
There is no sashimi on the menu, so use carpaccio. There is no tempura platter, so each item is served one by one. By the way, chawanmushi.
At the end, finish with 10 pieces of Omakase Sushi.
(The pickled bonito dries quickly ...)
The part-time job in the hall is doing a great job, but the serving time is too long ... However, the same drink arrives many times with one order, and my feet are not on the ground.
