ゆるキャン△2にてリンとなでしこがうな重の大を食べるシーンを観て!
私もどうしても食べたくなってしまいました?とても良い感じのこじんまりとしたうなぎ屋さんです。カウンター席とテーブル席とお座敷が少々で、時間帯によっては待つ覚悟で望んだ方が良いかもしれません!そしてお目当てのうな重の大を注文しました。お吸い物にお新香が付いてきます。甘辛のうなぎダレに山椒を効かせていただきました。うなぎの身が三枚ご飯に乗っててこのボリュームなのにお値段は少しお安めだと思いました。ゆっくりと味わっていただくつもりでしたが、一口食べると箸が止まらず一気に食べてしまいました?
とても美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした?

I thought that the price was a little cheap even though the eel meat was on three pieces of rice and it was this volume. 平日9:30頃に着いて3番目で記帳。
その後近くにある浜名湖PAを散策してました。
10分前くらいに暖簾が掛かり、順番通りに入店&接客&提供でした。

うなぎ【さくめ】浜松三日日
浜名湖の北端の三日日にある浜松うなぎの名店 さくめ 。
浜名湖佐久米駅の目の前に店があり予約不可かつ記帳方式の為、休みの日は朝の早くから記帳に行列が出来るほどの人気ぶり。
店内はカウンター4席とテーブル席がありカウンターからは目の前で鰻を捌く姿も見れるので臨場感満載。
4〜10月は天然鰻が食べられるので天然を食べたい方はこの時期を狙うのがオススメ。
天然鰻の数が年々減っているのと今年は鰻の出始めも早かった為10月中旬の訪問であったが天然の仕入れはなく、この日は残念ながら養殖になった。
と言っても、質の高い浜名湖養殖鰻を使用しているので鰻のクオリティは全く問題なし!
さくめの特徴は天然も養殖も含め他店と比べてコスパが高いところ。
天然を使用している店は大体5000円オーバーしているイメージだが、さくめの鰻重は天然の中(1匹)が3700円、大(1匹半)でも4700円という驚きのコスパ。
今回は養殖だったので中が3100円、大が4100円で大を注文。
個人的にはガスじゃなく炭火での焼きならもっと嬉しかった。
養殖鰻発祥の地浜名湖で鰻を楽しめるので少し遠いがドライブがてら浜名湖に来た際は選択肢に入れるのもありです。
◆鰻重 大(1匹半)4100円 養殖
関西焼き、タレは甘め。
大は1匹半のボリュームになるのでご飯を隠すほどのサイズ。
身は弾力を感じる食感で甘めのタレにマッチして美味しい。
関西焼きにしてはパリパリ感はそこまで強くなかった。
ガス火だからなのか、やはり鰻は炭火の高温でパリッと火を入れる地焼きが自分の好みではある。
ただやはりブランドの浜名湖養殖鰻なので脂の乗り味の旨みはしっかりしていて美味しかった!

Sakume, a famous Hamamatsu eel restaurant on the third day at the northern end of Lake Hamana.
There is a store in front of Hamanako-Sakume Station, and reservations are not possible, and because of the bookkeeping method, it is so popular that you can line up for bookkeeping early in the morning on holidays.
There are 4 counter seats and table seats in the store, and you can see the eels being handled in front of you from the counter, so it's full of realism.
Natural eel can be eaten from April to October, so if you want to eat natural eel, it is recommended to aim for this time.
Since the number of natural eels is decreasing year by year and the eels started to appear earlier this year, I visited in mid-October, but unfortunately there was no natural purchase and it was cultivated on that day.
Even so, the quality of the eels is not a problem at all because we use high quality Lake Hamana eels!
The characteristic of Sakume is that it has a higher cost performance than other stores, including both natural and aquaculture.
The image of a store that uses nature is about 5,000 yen, but Sakume's Sakume's sakume's is a surprising cospa that costs 3700 yen for the natural (1) and 4700 yen for the large (1 and a half).
This time it was aquaculture, so I ordered a large one for 3100 yen and a large one for 4100 yen.
Personally, I was more happy if I grilled with charcoal instead of gas.
You can enjoy eels at Lake Hamana, the birthplace of farmed eels, so it's a little far away, but if you come to Lake Hamana for a drive, you may want to consider it as an option.

Kansai-yaki, the sauce is sweet.
The large volume is one and a half, so it's big enough to hide the rice.
The body has an elastic texture that matches the sweet sauce and is delicious.
The crispness was not so strong for Kansai-yaki.
Perhaps because it's a gas fire, I like the eel's grilling, which is crispy at the high temperature of the charcoal fire.
However, since it is a brand of Lake Hamana farmed eel, the taste of the fat is solid and delicious!

鰻を捌いてるところが見れるということで物珍しさもあって行ってみました。
普段からスーパーの安い鰻やチェーン店の安っぽい鰻しか食べて来なかったので、さくめさんの鰻を食べた時は感動しました!
捌きたて、焼きたてでとても美味しかった!新鮮なので身がプリップリだし鰻の皮が噛み切れないほどの弾力!!(語彙力足りなくてすみません)
1人で行ったのでカウンター席に通され、無事に鰻を捌いてる大将を拝むことも出来ました!!カウンター席にいると待ち時間すら楽しめる素敵なお店です。浜松に行ったら絶対に一度は行くべき!
コチラのさくめさん、とても人気のあるお店らしく、開店時間に合わせて行っても正直入れないと思います。自分は開店1時間前くらいに辿り着いたのですが、それでも既にお客さんが店の外で待っていました。どうやら開店前に予約表というか記入表に名前を書いておいて、開店したら順番に呼んでもらえるシステムのようです。
行くなら開店前に行って名前書かないと入るのは厳しいかもしれません。一日で捌ける鰻の数に限りがあるようなので飛び入りで入れるお店ではなさそう。記入表に名前書いてる時点で「本日は終了です」と告げられることもあるみたいです。

Mr. Sakume here seems to be a very popular shop, and I honestly think that even if you go according to the opening time, you can not enter. I arrived about an hour before the store opened, but customers were already waiting outside the store. Apparently, it seems to be a system where you write your name on the reservation table or entry table before opening the store, and when the store opens, you can call them in order.
If you go, it may be difficult to enter unless you go before the store opens and write your name. It seems that the number of eels that can be handled in a day is limited, so it seems that it is not a shop that you can jump in. 関東風でも関西風でもない、強めの火で焼き時間が短め、外パリ、中フワ、皮の硬さがあるかな?でも美味い!やはり浜松の鰻は美味い!タレも自分好みで( -`ω-)b
汁物の中の具は・・・これはもしや鰻の肝かな?独特の食感が良い!味も鰻重とベストマッチ( -`ω-)b
久々の鰻は最高でした!

老夫婦と息子さんかな?の3人でやってみえるので回すのも大変でしょう、お会計の時「ご馳走様でした!美味しかったです!」て御挨拶したら女将さんニッコリ笑顔で「お粗末さまです、またどうぞ」って挨拶してくださった。最初はぶっきらぼうな感じでしたが、暖かい笑顔で癒されました。ゆるキャンΔのコースターも買わせて頂きました。次は仲間を連れていきますね(*^^*)

週末に行く場合は開店より大分早めに着くようにするのをオススメします。
10:30頃に着きましたが、16組目で食べれたのは12:00位でした。
食べてる最中に「品切 閉店」の看板出してました。
駐車場は、店の横と公民館横にあります。
車の中で順番待ちしていても、(紙にナンバー書いておいても)店の人が車までは来てくれないので、時間付近になったら店の前で待つのをオススメします。
特に若い店員は、特にやる気が無くて、声も小さいし、店の外で待ってる人にも名前確認するようなこともせず、一回は呼んで反応無ければ即効で居ないことにされます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゆるキャン△2でうな重を食べているシーンを見て以来気になっていたお店に漸く訪問出来ました♪10時頃に到着し名簿に記入して(10番目でした)浜名湖佐久米駅でカモメと戯れたりして時間を潰した後11時25分頃に入店出来ました。うな重の種類は大4100円(1匹半)、中3100円(1匹)、小1900円(半匹)との事で一瞬「高いな…」と思いましたが、都心で同じ物を食べたらこれでは済まないと思い大を注文しました。関西風の蒲焼は油がのっていて極上の味でした((o(^∇^)o))
