けいらん、道の駅かづので購入。
もともとけいらんとは、鹿角市の郷土料理。それをモデルしたお菓子がこちらのけいらん。
見た目は小型の大福。
食べると、一瞬違和感が。その後あんこの甘さがやってきた。
なんだ、この違和感は？
改めて、説明書きを読み直すと…
『餡は胡椒、塩くるみにて独特の味付けを…』だと…！？
これ（胡椒）が違和感の正体だったか…
ここは、実際のけいらんに寄せているのだろうか…？
食べ日記さんはまだ本物のけいらんを食べていないので、これは食してみなければなるまい。比較するためにも…！

けいらんが有名みたいですが、こちらの商品も食べごたえがありました。
人工的な甘みが強いですが、しっとりして量が多く、１つで満足、紅茶やお茶似合う感じです。
