It seems that it can be used by non-students, so the cooler wasn't working very well in the central cafeteria, but the purchase was very effective, and there was a rest area on the second floor (it was like a lecture room, but ...) I calmed down. (The break space on the second floor was available from 12:00. It seems to be for lunch.)
