★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼飯の店を決めて車を走らせていたら
田んぼしかないような立地に突然、「板前がつくる 和風ラーメン」という看板に惹かれて食べてみました。
お店は古民家風の外観でファミレス並みに大きかったので一寸ビックリだったのと
手前に違うラーメン屋が並んでいたので、そちらも気になってしましました。
店内入ると食券タイプで、他にお客さんも居なかったのでゆっくり選ぶことができました。
観光に来ての昼食だったので奮発して「ネギチャーシューメン」にしました。
店員の女性の接客も、落ち着いた感じでとても良かったし、
サラダもサービスしていただいて、そのドレッシングが大変美味しかったのでお土産に買いたいほどでした。
ラーメンは、最初の一口が魚介？の臭みを感じて抵抗あったけど
2口目からはうまみが増して美味しくいただけました。
味は「和風」と名乗るだけあってあっさりしていますが、塩ラーメンとは違って魅力のある味でした。
また近くを通ったら食べに行きたいと感じました。

特にスープが秀逸で、桜海老の香りが最初に色濃く主張す？魚介出汁がとても美味しい。夢中でスープを飲み干しました。

今回那須にキャンプに来て、たまたま伺いましたが、これから那須に来た度に可能な限り伺おうと決めました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初訪問。チャーシューワンタン麺を注文。スープは醤油にちょっと魚介系の甘め。チャーシューは薄く小さめで味は好みでなかった。ワンタンは肉がしっかり入っていた。大盛無料は満足。季節ごと限定ラーメンがあるため選択に悩む。ハムとキャベツサラダがお通し?が先に出てきた(笑)

今どきのラーメンのような、強い旨味はないけど、ほんのり甘い和出汁で包み込まれるような感じ。手打ち風の平打もスープとよく合っていて良いですね。大盛は200ｇぐらいはあるような。このスープを吸った海老真丈が凄旨?ここだけの?
開店直後は空いてて貸切状態でした。広い空間でゆっくり食べれてよいです。
