普通盛りでは、ちょっと物足りない感はあったが
値段設定は安めだった?
あと店主の方がいいキャラ笑 75歳にしては元気すぎた??

独特な店主でしたが、ラーメンは鶏肉の出汁であっさりしており、スープ飲み干した〜！確かにチャーシューはトロケるほど柔らかくおいしかった。
I entered at night, but at first I didn't know the entrance and went to the next ramen shop.
Although he was a unique shop owner, the ramen was light with chicken stock and he drank the soup! Certainly, the char siu was so soft and delicious that it was trotting.

こちら通い続けて７～８年経ちます(^o^)
店主を夫婦間では大将と勝手に呼び
勝手に『大将のラーメン行く？』なんて話しています(^-^)
あっさりしたやさしい正油味のスープに
すすりやすい細麺です。
大盛だとちょうどよい感じ
ジャンボで満腹になります♪
ここで一つ注意を！
他にお客さんがいないと
大将に話しかけられます
話しに夢中になると麺がのびてしまいます(ToT)
うちは自分が大将と話している間に妻が完食
やっと妻が大将と会話になり自分が完食するパターンです(^^;
店主もラーメンも味がありますので
楽しいひとときですよ～( 〃▽〃)
