G	Getu Man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二年ほど前の話になります。 30年前に購入して、大事にしていたパンプスの中敷きがボロボロになっていたので、修理に出しました。修理が終わって受け取る際，中敷きの出来を確認して料金は支払いましたが、家に帰ってよく見たら、靴の皮の部分が一部切れていたので、お店の方に以前にはなかったはずだとお話ししたところ、聞く耳を持たれなかったので、修理に出す前には写真を撮ってから出せばよかったと後悔しています。 It will be about two years ago. 本	本家寛文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕上がりと納得できない追加請求などを考えると、自分で修理した方が良かった。お気に入りシューズのソール部ラバーが全体的に剥がれてきたので修理をお願いしたところ、ソール部を剥がして接着し直す修理を3000円で行うと説明された。修理後、受け取って自宅に持ち帰りシューズを見ると素人の修理技術としか思えない状態だった。きちんと接着されておらず剥がれのある部分があったため、せめて接着されてない部分がないように責任を持って修理して欲しいと再度お願いしたところ、追加料金など要りませんと再度預かっていただいた。しかし、追加料金を請求され、謝罪の言葉や説明などは全くなかった。追加請求はおかしいでしょうと話しても、無視される上にごちゃごちゃ言わずに金払えという態度。不親切かつ不誠実であり、詐欺と言ってもいいぐらいだと感じている。手先が器用な人や仕事の丁寧な人であれば、確実にこんな店に修理に出すより自分で修理した方がいいでしょう。 Considering the finish and the additional charges that I was not satisfied with, I should have repaired it myself.
