★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥取の食材を地産地消でいただけるお店です。8月のしゃんしゃん祭の日に訪れました。
しろいかのお造り、砂丘らっきょう、砂丘長いも(短冊)、ホタルイカの醤油漬け、ちくわの盛りあわせ、長いものチーズ焼をいただきましたが、どれも美味しかったです。スタッフさんが『鳥取ではこう食べます』、などの説明をしてくれました。
地酒の取り扱いもあり、飲み比べセットをいただきました。それぞれ風味が違い、辛口のもの、香り高いもの、飲み口の軽いものと用意してくれました。ごちそうさまでしたm(_ _)m

初めて呑むものばかりでしたが、ほんとに美味しかったです。
おつまみについては、あまり種類がなかったので軽くご飯を済ませた後にいく方がいいかもしれません。

For the first time, I only swallowed it, but it was really delicious.
As for snacks, there weren't many kinds, so it might be better to go after lightly eating rice.

食べるもののメニューが少ないので、あとでラーメンでも食べたくなりました…。
Compared to Japanese sake drinkers, I ordered sea bream sashimi and oden. Everything was delicious. It was on the 1st floor, but it seems that there are also seats on the 2nd floor.
There aren't many menus to eat, so I wanted to eat ramen later ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このお店は鳥取にきたら、mustでくるべきだと思います。美味しい新鮮な魚、そしておでん。これが旨い。ちなみに、天然の岩牡蠣ですが、あまさんがとったものを提供しているとのこと。味は抜群。コ・ス・パは最強です。安いです。出張で来ているサラリーマンの皆様、山陰の味をご堪能下さい

確かに、お造りは旬な魚を出しており、かなり美味しかった✨ほんとだよ‼️
ただ、まわりのお店もお魚が旨いみたいで、精算後の料金見たら、ちょっと違う店にしたかったか(笑)
