★ ★ ★ ★ ★ （数年前の話）夜中に手足が痺れて呼吸も苦しく動けなくなり怖くて救急車を呼びたかったがスマホがデータSIMを使っていたため119に電話をかけることができず、いざというときの為に電話帳に登録していたこちらに電話をかけ症状を説明したら「こちらから救急に電話はできない。スマホから救急に電話できないはずがない。」と言われ、データSIMの説明をしても納得いかないようで、そんなはずがない、と。（この時点で普通の状態なら電話を切っているがこの時はどうしても助けが必要だったから切れなかった。）こっちは苦しくて声を出すのも必死で、データシムで救急に電話できるできないの言い合してる場合じゃないのに、データシムがどうこうの説明させられてる現実が信じられなかった。最終的に近くの消防署の電話番号を教えてもらえて助かったのだけど、それまでの対応がショック過ぎた。たぶん、病院は紹介してくれるけどそれ以外は業務外で対応できないのかな。私が電話した先が間違ってたんだと思う。けど苦しんでる人に対しての対応としてあれはどーなの。電話番号教えてもらえたことには感謝してます。

経験上、何もしてくれないことを知っているので、まずこちらに電話しました。
ハキハキした男性が電話に出て、現在地を聞かれ、
「うちではこういう対応ができます。どうしますか」
と説明してくれ、
「もし自分で名古屋市急病センターに行くなら、事前に電話して、診察してくれるか聞いた方がいいです。断られたら、また電話をくれれば、こういうふうに対応します」
と言ってもらいました。
結果的に救急には行かずに済みましたが、対応してくれて安心感をくれた担当男性に感謝します。
ちなみに名古屋市急病センターに電話したら案の定断られました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日利用しましたが、男性の方の対応がひどかったです。こちらがお願いしている事に対してめんどくさそうに対応され、馬鹿にしたような喋り方で淡々と自分が言いたい事だけ言われた感じで、全く寄り添うような誠実さがありませんでした。今までこの様な対応を受けたことがクレームも検討しましたが、今回の件でもう二度と利用する事はありません。この様な対応をされるなら全く救急の意味がなく全く必要ない機関かと思います。

私も電話で口コミに書かれているような見当違いな対応をされて初めて電話で怒りに震えました。「相談」という言葉にやたらこだわっていらっしゃるようで、最寄りの病院を紹介してほしくて症状を説明すると、「それは相談ですよね。うちでは受け付けてないので」と、見当違いの回答をされ、「だから病院を紹介してほしいんです」というと「最初は相談されてましたよね」と、話がもう通じない。「命に関わるのに悠長に相談してる場合じゃないって話の流れからわかるでしょう」といっても、「最初は相談されてましたよね」と……
症状を説明して医療機関を紹介してもらうために説明がこの方だと「相談」になるみたいで、本当に意図を組むということが全くできないようなので埒が明かず諦めました。
少ない口コミにこれだけ同じようなことが書かれているんですから、私の当たったこの方だけじゃなく他にも同じような人がいるとしたらこの電話の対応では役割が成り立たないと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当はひとつもつけたくありません。女性の方が対応。幼子高熱で水分もとれず、意識朦朧、ぐったりしているので、かかりつけ医も休日で連絡口とれないため、夜間担当をきこうと連絡しました。コロナ疑いがあるので、保健所に電話してといわれ、保健所に電話&症状を伝えたら、すぐに病院に行けと、先程のところにかけて当番の病院の案内を受けろと言われたのでそのまま伝えた所、保健所の文句、あちらの担当なのにこちらに回したとか文句、小さい子は病院かかってもたいした薬でないからとか自己判断しだす。子供は水分もとれずぐったり、意識朦朧も伝えたのに。私がきれて、担当病院案内して下さいと伝えたらやっと言われました。そいつに病院に連絡しても見てくれないかもと言われつつ。病院に連絡したら、すぐにきて駐車場で待機してと。ちゃんと見てもらえました。薬を飲んだらようやく水分もとれ、明日も病院に様子を伝えることになりました。人を死なせたいのですか？あなた医者ですか？様子を見てもないのに自己判断するなよ。市役所のhqにここにかけろと書いてあったので電話しました。こんなとこ紹介しないでほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 適切な科目を教えてもらえると書いてあったので症状を伝えると、男性が「診察はできませんので」と‥ソウジャナイ感が強い。科目をこっちで指定すればいいのかと「小児整形どこがあるのか教えてください」というと「そもそも小児整形というのは存在しません」という回答。だからさぁ、適切なとこを紹介してくれって意味だよ。分かんないかなぁ。「小児で整形の分野もみれるんですか？」と聞くと「整形は年齢関係なく見れますが、小児は整形をみれません。小児は内傷、整形は外傷なので」と。こっちから丁寧に誘導しないと求める回答に辿り着きません。教えてもらうどころか教えないといけないなんて‥。最後は単調に近くの病院名と電話番号を読み上げてたので、断って電話を切りました。なんのための電話番号なの、これ？マップアプリのほうが使える。口コミ見てたら当たり外れがあるようなので、早く違う方に替わってもらえばよかった。
