お家でリラックスした状態で診ていただけるので、高熱でしんどい息子の負担も少なくて助かりました。
先生も医療補助の方もとても親切に、痙攣が起きるかもしれないのでこうなった場合には、などアドバイスも下さりてとても心強かったです。ありがとうございました！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夏季休暇中のとある日の夕食後、人生で感じたことのない眩暈が発生し、嘔吐を連発。
これは脳の一部がやられたかなと思い、念のため部屋を出て、マンションロビーから名古屋の夜間当番窓口を調べ病状を伝えました。
が、反応がイマイチで意図した案内が受けられず、どうしようかと困っていたところ、偶然こちらをGoogleMap上で発見しご連絡。
電話応対の方も丁寧に病状を聞いてくださり、その後訪問診療いただきました。色々なチェックをしてくださり、その場で耳からくる「良性発作性頭位めまい症（通称:BPPV)」との診断で生死に関しては一安心。
BPPVは誰もが持っている耳石が三半規管に移動することにより起こる病気とのことで、当日はかなりきつかったですが、翌日に先生の言いつけ通りで体をひたすらゴロゴロ(エプリー法)やっていたところ、耳石が元の位置に戻ったのか、ほぼほぼ治りました。
あのままだと、一晩マンションロビーで過ごすところだったので、大変助かりました。
料金も一般の夜間当番医窓口の電話やら、移動にかかる時間を考えると大変お安くなっていると思うので、最初からこちらにかければよかったです。
この度は大変ありがとうございました。

BPPV is a disease caused by the movement of otoliths that everyone has to the semicircular canals, and it was quite tough on the day, but the next day I was doing my body as the teacher told me. After that, it seems that the otolith has returned to its original position, and it has almost healed.
As it was, I was spending the night in the lobby of the condominium, which was very helpful.
I think that the charge is very cheap considering the telephone of the general night duty doctor's office and the time it takes to move, so I should have called here from the beginning.

コロナ対策もされての往診。視診と触診で、今の状態を教えていただけるので、不安は和らぎました。
先生も看護師さんも優しい感じで、安心出来ました。
救急車以外で、夜間対応してくださるこのシステムは、とても心強いと思います。でも、再度の利用がないように、日頃の自分のケアが大事だと改めて思いました。

元々小児科の受診すら極度に嫌がるコで、診察台の前に座るのもダメなので、今日は一体どうしたものかと途方にくれましたが、家来るドクターとのご縁は助かりました。初め、電話が混み合っているとアナウンスが流れ、別の受診手段を検索していると、家来るドクターから折り返しかけてくださいました。
患者思いの良い医療サービスだと思います。
往診に来て頂いた時も泣きだし、触られるのを嫌がりましたが、優しく穏やかな口調で聴診を促して頂けたので、心音やお腹の音を聞いて貰え、さらにお腹の触診まで受ける事が出来、本当に助かりました。
薬の処方もすぐにして貰えました。
今日は主人が留守の為、無理矢理休日急病診療所に連れて行くには、女手では無理だったと思います。
また、
公共の休日急病相談は電話が繋がらなかったり、診療所の対応は不親切で事務的だったので、休日の往診が可能なのは多くの方が本当に助かると思います。

こちらから確認してやっと「交通状況が悪く、20分ほど遅れます。遅くとも○時までには」と回答いただきました。
遅れること自体はしょうがないですが、遅れるなら一報入れるのが常識じゃないですか？
遅くとも○時までとか言いつつ、その時間にも遅れるし、来たら来たでお詫びの一言もなし。
今回は息子のPCRをお願いしたのですが、キットの陽性の線も見逃して危うく陰性扱いにされるとこでしたし、そのやりとりも玄関口で声量大。
デリカシーも常識もないのでこんな非常事態でなければきっともう診ていただくことはないです。
あまりにひどかったものの、文句を言う宛てもなかったのでこちらに記しておきます。

1回目の電話で医師を案内できると言われたにもかかわらず、途中で電話が切れて折り返しなし。
かけ直したところ、その間に予約が埋まったから診療できないと言われた。
こっちは発熱で苦しい中電話で症状など細かに説明したのに全部無駄になった。
電話が切れた時点で予約キャンセルではなく、折り返しの電話をくれてもいいのではないかと思った。

夜に急に38度の熱が出て休日診療所や救急病院を探すのも辛く、またコロナ感染の不安もあったので本当にに助かりました。
自宅で抗原検査をしてくださり、処方いただいたお薬で翌朝には平熱に戻りました。
もし、陽性になった場合でも往診に来てくれるということとても心強いなと感じました。子供のいるご家庭やお年寄りの方にはぜひ知ってもらいたいですね。
