★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで気分悪かったことが2つあります。
まず、派遣の登録に伺った際の対応です。
伺った際、個室を案内され手続きを行いました。その際担当者の方が席を立たれ部屋を出ていかれました。なぜか、扉を開けっぱなしにして私が座ってる状態が丸見えでした。それであろうことか、廊下をきゃっきゃっ歩いてる社員の人たちが中にいる私を見ながら歩いてました。
見られることとこんな社員(きゃっきゃっ騒いでる方々。遊んでるの？みたいな雰囲気の方々)に管理されることに嫌悪感を抱きました。
2つ目に、担当者から紹介したいお仕事があるので明日明後日には連絡しますと言われたがいつになったら連絡くるんですかー？？？
GW前に言ってたのにまだ来ません。GWに連絡して、職場見学にいきGW後には就業という予定とおっしゃられたので予定空けてたんですけど笑
正直、ビジネスマナーとか以前に人としてなっていないですよね。
この会社と関わるのは時間の無駄ですのでおすすめしません。私が使った時間返せと思い出すだけでも苛立ちます。
Here are two things I was feeling sick of.
First of all, it is the response when I asked for registration of dispatch.
When I visited, I was guided to a private room and went through the procedure. At that time, the person in charge stood up and left the room. For some reason, I could see the whole state of sitting with the door left open. Perhaps it was, I was walking while looking at me with the employees who were walking in the hallway.
I was afraid to be seen and managed by such employees (people who are making a lot of noise. People with an atmosphere like playing?).
Secondly, the person in charge told me that I have a job to introduce, so tomorrow I will contact you the day after tomorrow, but when will I get in touch? ? ?
I said before GW, but I haven't come yet. I contacted GW and went to a workplace tour, and I was told that I will be working after GW, so I was vacant, but lol
To be honest, you haven't become a business etiquette or someone before.
It is a waste of time to work with this company and is not recommended. It's frustrating just to remember the time I spent.
