★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人材派遣会社にあるまじき低レベルかつ体たらく!まず受付嬢が提案した仕事先は後に違う担当から「あの女の子は入ったばかりの新入社員でして間違いました」で済ませ、違う案件を持ち出すも相次いで「実は事情が変わりまして…」を連発!詐欺まがいの広告宣伝に問題有りと捉えるべきです。さすがに消費者センターに通報しようと考えております。東海地方の皆様、絶対に利用してはいけません!!!

色んな派遣会社が有りますが製造業には特化してると思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当者にもよりますが酷い所はかなり酷い見たいです。少なくとも自分の所は最悪でした。
まず勤務初日に派遣先の安全教育の方と現場の上司から担当者に対する愚痴をボロクソ言われました。
電話はレスポンスが非常に悪いです。
やっと出たと思ったら「忙しいから後でかけます」といい最終的にかかってこないって事が何度あった事か…現在は既に退職しましたが退職後の対応も適当です。退職日に担当に離職票の送付を電話とメールにて知らせたのですが2週間経っても来ませんでした。そこで再度連絡すると「忘れてました」の一言。忘れてたじゃ済まされませんよ。急いで送ってくださいと言って3日後に自宅にDPT宛から来たのでやっと来たと思い封を開けると健康保険の資格喪失証明書のみで肝心の離職票や源泉徴収票等が入っていません。本当にどうゆう事ですか?そこで再度電話すると「催促しますのでもう少し待ってください」そして未だに離職票が届かずもう1ヶ月経ちました。電話しても適当に流されるのでもう労基、ハローワークに相談しようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当によって当たり外れはどこの派遣会社にもあると思います。私の担当は親身に相談に乗ってくれたりどうして行くかちゃんと一緒に考えてくれました。人間が人間管理してるので使えない嫌な適当な担当だって居ますし、逆に相談さえすればそれに応えてくれる担当もいます。3社派遣会社利用しましたがDPTの北陸担当の方には心から感謝しております!ただ忙しすぎる担当さんはなかなかお会いすることが無いのが残念と思い☆4にしました。働く人の事をちゃんと考えてくれる本社だったらより良い働きやすい会社になると思っています。担当も私達労働者も!その辺よろしくお願いします

However, I was disappointed that the person in charge who was too busy would not meet me easily, so I chose ☆ 4. I think that a company that is easier to work in will be a better company if it is a head office that thinks about the people who work properly. Both the person in charge and us workers! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ディーピーティーで派遣されて半年工場勤務したけど、配属先と担当者に恵まれなかったようにかんじる。
地方から働きに行っていた為、担当者とは愛知で初めて顔合わせをしたけど、第一印象から態度がデカく仕事が適当な癖にこちらを下に見ている感じだった。
社員同士で報連相が取れていないようで、気になる点を担当者に聞いて「本社に確認してみます」と言われたので大人しく待っていても、それ以降全く返答がないなんてこともあったので直接本社に確認するということもあった。
が、本社は本社で「担当に確認し折り返し電話します」と言ったまま何の連絡もなかったりで、この会社どうなってんだと感じた。
期間を満了し離職票が直ぐに必要だった為、年末に年始に離職票をすぐ発行してもらうように電話をかけていたが、それも報連相が出来ていなかったようで、電話で確認すると未だに発行していない様子。電話に出た男は「私もその連絡は今日初めて聞いた」なんて言っていて正直呆れた。
給料は勤務開始月を含む3ヶ月間は時給が+200円されるのでお得感があったけど、半年以上勤務するつもりなら他の派遣会社の方が圧倒的に稼げる。
寮が家具家電付き風呂トイレ別のレオパレスで工場から近かった点だけ高評価。

The salary was +200 yen per hour for 3 months including the month when I started working, so it was a good deal, but if I plan to work for more than half a year, other dispatch companies can make an overwhelming amount of money.
The dormitory is a Leopalace with separate bath and toilet with furniture and home appliances, and it is highly evaluated only because it was close to the factory.
