★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が悪すぎ。
会社に連絡したら担当者が不在で、折り返し連絡すると言われたが連絡は来ない。日を改めて会社に連絡するも同じ対応、またしても連絡は来ない。
何とか担当者と直接電話で話すことができたのだが、こちらの話しに耳を傾けるどころか、連絡をしなかった言い訳や自分の都合を主張するのが一生懸命。
その方では話しにならないと思い上司に代わってもらうようお願いしたところ、その方が名古屋市店の店長さんとのこと。ビックリですわ。
出来ることならこんなところと関わりたくないなぁ。

When I contacted the company, the person in charge was absent, and I was told that I would call back, but I did not come back. If you contact the company again on a different day, the same response will not come again.
I managed to talk directly to the person in charge, but instead of listening to this talk, I worked hard to make excuses for not contacting me and to assert my own convenience.
I thought that he would not be able to talk to him and asked him to replace him, but he was with the manager of the Nagoya City store. I'm surprised.
I don't want to be involved in such places if possible.
