お	おはようめるちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで買ってよかったです。接客もメンテナンスも丁寧で、気持ちがいいです。買ったのは銀座店なのですが全国にお店があるのでどこにいてもメンテナンス出来るのが便利です。この前、同日に他のジュエリーショップに行って違いをより感じたのでレビューしてみます。（婚約指輪は他のジュエリーショップで、結婚指輪はこちらで買いました。）ラフな格好で子連れアポなし訪問でも、ロイヤルコペンハーゲンの素敵なカップにハーブティーを淹れて丁寧に対応して下さり嬉しかったです。店員さんは皆さん素敵で感じよく挨拶して下さいます。他のジュエリーショップは保証カードがないと対応してくれないし、クリーニングも超音波の機械に入れて終わりだったので、汚れが取りきれていなくて残念な気持ちでした。しかし、ケイウノさんでは、工房が併設されていることが多く、しっかりと職人がクリーニングして下さいます。小傷は削って磨くのでは無く、金の粉？で埋めてくれるので、本当に新品みたいになります！（栄店で聞いた話ではないのでこちらもそうか分かりませんが‥ピカピカになりました）保証書なども必要なく、指輪を持って行き、本人確認して貰えばすぐに対応してくださり便利です。サイズ変更なども無料なので、長く大切に使います。他のジュエリーショップで購入した婚約指輪のデザインに不満があるので、近々こちらでリフォームしてもらおうかなと検討中です。 Good to buy here.
