★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 栄の繁華街、住吉地区に２０２０年２月１５日にオープンした鉄板焼きのお店、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンター６席とテーブル２卓の席数、平日の１９時ころに入りましたがほかにお客さんは１組でした。
メニューはもんじゃ焼き、お好み焼き、モダン焼き、焼きそばをはじめ、豚キムチやエリンギバターなどの鉄板焼きにアヒージョわ焼き鳥、簡単なおつまみなどがあります。値段はお好み焼きが８８０円から、もんじゃ焼きは１１３０円からといった価格帯です。
その中からいただいたのはエリンギバターと牛すじオムレツなど。エリンギバターは鉄板焼きの定番ですね、特別感はないけど安定の美味しさです。牛すじオムレツは洋食屋さんのようなオムレツを想像していたので少しイメージとは違いましたね、でもしっかりと煮込まれて柔らかくなった美味しい牛すじもたっぷり入っていますね、卵よりも多いんじゃないかってくらい(笑)
最後に玉せんをサービスしてくれました、ありがとうございます。その名のとおりおせんべいで目玉焼きを挟みお好みソースとマヨネーズをかけたもの、昔は駄菓子屋とか縁日の屋台とかでよく食べていたものです、懐かしいですね。せんべいにかぶりつくと横から卵の黄身やソースが飛び出てきて手はベタベタになっちゃいましたけどすごく美味しかったです。
ホントはお好み焼きや焼きそばなども食べたかったのですがこの日は今回は次の予定があったので次の機会にはその辺もいただいてみたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
I used it on a weekday night in a Teppanyaki shop opened on February 15, 2020 in the downtown Sakae, Sumiyoshi district. The shop had 6 seats on the counter and 2 tables, and it was around 19:00 on weekdays, but there was only one set of customers.
The menu includes Monjayaki, Okonomiyaki, Modern Yaki, Yakisoba, Teppanyaki such as pork kimchi and eringi butter, Ahijo Wakitori, and simple snacks. Prices range from 880 yen for okonomiyaki and 1130 yen for monjayaki.
Among them were Eringi Butter and Beef Stuffed Omelette. Eringi butter is a classic dish of teppanyaki, it has no special feeling, but it is stable and delicious. The beef line omelette was a bit different from the image because I imagined an omelette like a Western restaurant, but it also contains plenty of delicious beef line that has been boiled firmly and softened, not more than eggs (Laughs)
Finally, thank you for serving the ball. As the name suggests, it is a rice cracker fried with fried eggs and mayonnaise, and in the past it was often eaten at candy shops and fair stalls. The egg yolk and sauce came out from the side when I rub it on the rice cracker and my hands became sticky, but it was very delicious.
I really wanted to eat okonomiyaki and fried noodles, but on this day I had the next plan this time, so I would like to have that area at the next opportunity, it was a feast.
