★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My usual good cheap Italian-style chain in Japan. This one had a queue of 10 with advised anticipated wait of 15 minutes at 215pm on a Saturday afternoon. We got a table in about 10 minutes.
Had my usual - spaghetti aglio Al olio, green peas and a mug of Asahi beer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dining Experience: Very crowded during lunch and diner. Have to wait long time to get a seat. It seems understaffed, only see 3 waitress running errands taking care tons of customers. Thus, they look tired and not too friendly. My experience with other Saizeriya are much better.
Location: Very convenient, it just minutes from train station, right in front of shopping mall in Ginza area.
Accessibility: Elevator is hard to find and hard to access if you use wheelchair/ bring large luggage/ with baby stroller

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. The lady who introduce us at front counter looked like she hated her job and the way she spoke to us is robotic. She looked tired of her job. Makes me wonder if your company is treating her correctly ? its a shame though food tasted good!
